In our busy lives we absolutely have no time for ourselves. A decade ago people used to busy and had work but they still had time to decompress. People had time for each other and they could just use that time to just cool off. Now with smart phones there is absolutely no refuge from the constant barrage of information. So doing Yoga for even 10 mins a day can help in relaxing the brain.
