Time is something we all wish we had more of. We seem to constantly be rushing around, trying to remember things and often feel like we are 'flying by the seat of our pants'. It takes time to achieve what we want and often it feels like the means don't justify the end...
At the moment it's the same for me. I'm preparing for the summer: finishing off my full time job to give TowardYoga my full attention, organising new classes, making sure I find the venues which are clean, warm and reflective of the message we try to convey in our sessions together.
I'm making good headway, I've finally found a great new venue for our Thursday Dunmow Class (don't worry it's just up the road from the existing one!) of which I'll release details shortly.
I've also found a number of places for weekday sessions which will start early July.
I have a lovely bunch of regular students who are making great progress, and whom I really enjoy working with each week. We laugh and work hard, in equal measure, making the classes both fun and beneficial. It's also incredibly pleasing to see new faces each week - everyone has their own reasons for attending, but all seek a similar goal of personal improvement - be it physical, emotional or spiritual.
Putting the work in reaps the rewards - in work, life or play. I'm working incredibly hard right now so that, in just 5 weeks time, I'll be available to teach Iyengar Yoga on a full time basis again.
I will be introducing a range of new classes this summer and I'm very excited about what we can achieve in our classes together.
This was just a quick post to let you know that I have been scurrying around behind the scenes, getting everything ready, and that I'll be updating the blog regularly with class information, new workshops, and more general Iyengar Yoga information.
Keep checking the site regularly, as details are coming soon!
